The Agency is a collective venture builder focused on investing our time in advancing web3 products and services.
The goal is to create the kind of Agency that web3 and the future of work demands. The mission is focused on building the pathways and tools necessary to be able to work the way the future demands.
Stakeholder capitalism needs new forms of organization and ownership, and to lay these foundations we need to start with the way we work and relate to each other at work. At Agency we focus on building relationships of trust and begin to lay the foundation for the transition to new models of trust, giving creators the ability to participate in the ownership of the projects of the future.
